do you accept returns?
items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and unused. Once we receive and inspect the item for any damage, we’ll process your refund.
To start a return, email us at MADEBYBIT1@GMAIL.COM. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items:
We do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, supply-your-own pieces, or made-to-order items. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
do you do customs?
right now we do offer customs through the supply your own quilt option! if you have more questions regarding customs I am always happy to answer through the chat feature or through emailing me at madebybit1@gmail.com!
how long does it take to ship?
you can expect your order to be shipped within 2-5 business days! if there are unforseen circumstances delaying your order, I will reach out to you ASAP to let you know!
